ASTRO-THREAD A is recommended for difficult threading operations involving stainless steel, high carbon steels and other ferrous metals.
ASTRO-THREAD A is a high performance cutting oil which has been formulated with high concentrations of lubricity and anti-weld agents, including sulfur and chlorine. In addition to extending tool life, ASTRO-THREAD A improves the quality of machined surfaces. ASTRO-THREAD A can also be added to regular cutting oils to enhance their performance.
